Image & sound artist Joost Nieuwenburg joined Bodylab in 2001.

Face_WSLOT (CD-book, art installation, and tertiary-level education support initiative for women in Sierra Leone) was financed by Cordaid, the Netherlands. Special thanks to Otto Bock.

The art installation has been presented in The Hague, Ghent in Belgium, as well as in 2004 the Sierra Leonean capital of Freetown. It will continue to tour until 2007.

The income generated from sales of the CD-book, which is available for purchase at the exhibition, is directed towards the support of tertiary education for women in Sierra Leone.
