KATARINA STEGNAR

KATARINA STEGNAR is an actress, dancer and performer, a graduate from Ljubljana's Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television and one of the most versatile artists in the Slovene performing arts. Her artistic endeavours have made a significant contribution to Slovene independent performing arts, and simultaneously she is also a regular cast member of the country’s institutional theatres. Over time, Stegnar has developed an original performing field in which she investigates her own creativity as well as the form, manner and media of her artistic expression. She is relentless to both herself and the audience.

She is a collaborator of Via Negativa platform, a member of Betontanc group and Beton Ltd. Collective and a member of Mladinsko Theatre ensemble.
