Cheers to Women! 25 Years of Film and Video (Marathon)

The marathon of Slovenian female film- and video artists includes works from the past twenty-five years. Because a single screen and a single marathon do not suffice to screen the prolific expression of Slovenian film makers, we have formed the programme including less-known films of shorter formats, and we have deliberately left out the acclaimed feature-length films and documentaries.

A part of the programme is connected to the exhibition with the same title in the Alkatraz Gallery, while some films will be screened in the regular programme of the national broadcaster Televizija Slovenija.
